    Not that I am the expert in the field, haha, but usually to? defrost dough I just take it out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature for about 3 hours (approximately). About the rest of the things (like a bolognese sauce), I leave it at room temperature first for about 20 min, then just put in in the microwave oven and defrost it. I hope this is the right way to do it… :D

    Hi, you know when you freeze something, like this sauce for example, and you mention that you cook it in the oven. What do you do, just put it in the oven to defrost? But for how long for and what temperature? I never freeze anything because I don’t know what do do with it once I take it out :/ lol. Like dough, how do you defrost dough for cookies? I get so confused because that can’t go in the oven.. I’m such bad cook haha. I love your videos. So? helpful, and delicious :)

    Hey Laura, strange question but I was wondering what kind of pot your using to cook the meat sauce in. I’ve been trying to find a good reliable company. But the one I purchased I thought? was ceramic in reality it was aluminum. If you could please let me know that would be very helpful.

    Hey Laura, would ground turkey work just as well with this recipe? Or would it not be able to be cooked as long as the beef? I know Beef is more flavorful just on its own so? I’d imagine ground turkey or chicken would need something extra. Thanks!
